During his 41 years on this earth, Miles Cooper Seaton was a lot of things to a lot of people; a son, a brother, a husband, an artist, a collaborator, a student, a mentor, a friend.

But to the world, he was a Traveler.  A man who moved around the globe, generously building communities, building friendships; asking, inspiring - sometimes, forcefully pushing - the people lucky enough to be in his orbit to live more passionately, and to love more deeply.

He utilized music, poetry, collaboration, and conversation to connect with people everywhere. The medium morphed over the years, but the message was always the same. Wherever he was, Miles grabbed the people around him and lovingly shook them by the shoulders to love and live beyond their comfort zone. He invested deeply in artists and friends wherever he travelled and he changed lives. Whether you met him for just five minutes, you were in his life for years, you knew this.

Miles took the time to engage intimately with more people than we will ever know; but we want to understand. We want to give back the love he gave. We want to keep doing his work to wake the world up to love.

We seek to collect as complete of an archive as possible to share and present back to the world. Miles gave so much to us. We want your help to keep giving it back to the world.

Here’s how you can get involved: we are aiming to collect both the personal and professional from Miles; anything that represents his Vision. Share anything, and everything, you are comfortable with sharing. We ask this knowing how Miles loved to push us beyond our comfort into being more intimate and more honest. Obvious things include videos, photos, live recordings, but especially please share your memories, your stories, the texts, the jokes, the voice memos. These seemingly small things, these direct connections, were what mattered most to him.

We realize that sharing personal, intimate pieces may feel vulnerable. Please know that, should you decide to contribute sensitive material, you will be able to decide how publicly or privately it might be catalogued or shared. For questions, email us.

This project is being managed by a handful of Miles' close friends and collaborators.
